UCLID International must create a family, social, and community that accepts people with disabilities who have HIV and AIDS and does not stigmatize or ostracize them.
Educate the general public, and particularly family and friends of people who have HIV and AIDS about the disease.
To provide training on risk avoidance for issues involving people with disabilities and abuse. Each training will be specific to a certain disability. People with disabilities/ HIV and AIDS to psychologically adjust to the disease and their disabilities and become contributing members of their families and communities, and to increase self esteem, self knowledge, self renewal, personal growth and development. This will eliminate the frustration and psychological isolation that lead persons with HIV and AIDS to intentionally spread the disease.
